So this is my first computer I actually build myself. I've known how too for a while, but when I started this build it was because I actually had a job and could afford it finally. I've always wanted to get comments on it and the minor overclock that was put on it. Its been alive for about 7 months so here it is.

CPU
Intel Core 2 Quad Q9400 Yorkfield 2.67GHz at 3GHz

Motherboard
XFX nForce 750i SLI

RAM
2x2GB Corsair Dominator DDR2
2x1GB Corsair Dominator DDR2

HDD
Western Digital Caviar Green 750GB 32MB cache
Western Digital WD7500AADS Caviar Green Hard Drive - 3.5", SATA 3G, 750GB, 32MB Cache, Intellipower at TigerDirect.com

RAID 0
2x Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB 16MB cache
Western Digital WD5000AAKS Caviar Blue Hard Drive - 500GB, 7200rpm, 16MB, SATA-300, OEM at TigerDirect.com

GPU

2x EVGA NVidia 9400GT SLI
EVGA 01G-P3-N945-LR GeForce 9400 GT Video Card - 1GB DDR2, PCI Express 2.0, (Dual Link) Dual DVI, HDTV, S-Video, VGA Support at TigerDirect.com

PSU
850w OCZ GameXstream
OCZ / GameXStream / 850-Watt / ATX / 120mm Fan / SATA-Ready / SLI-Ready / Active PFC / Power Supply at TigerDirect.com

Chassis
CoolerMaster HAF 932
Cooler Master HAF 932 Full Tower Black Case at TigerDirect.com

I'll post some pictures once I take them in a bit.

Just a bit of info on my computer
Kinda unpredictable up until now its been messing up for reasons I didn't know. I think it was memory problems as it was freezing up usually on loading windows 7 or logging in. I say freeze not crash it would just freeze completely forcing a manual reboot.

I think its fixed right now. Figured since i'm running all four DIMMs lowered back down to 800MHz using 5-5-5-15 timings at 2.2v

Any suggestions would be amazing because its hindering my ability to overclock further.

Populating all of your RAM slots makes your memory controller work harder, which affects overclocking.

Overall its kind a meh build, core 2 quads are outdone by phenom IIs, SLI 9400s doesn't really make sense (two low performance cards) and the 850w psu is kinda overkill for everything.

Agreed.

Also, the HAF 932 is overkill for the parts you listed.
So many people think they need full towers just because they're doing SLI or Crossfire, but you really don't...
I just see full towers as a waste of money unless you actually need the space for something like a water block, lots of drives, or just a huge mobo.
