Make sure the case you buy supports the size motherboard you are getting.

It takes just a few seconds to figure out whether or not your Case will support your motherboard size. Just look under descriptions and see what form factor mother boards it supports. That was probably the only thing I didn't realize my first build.

i recommend a 9800GTX+. the main diff is that the 980GTX is 65nm and the + is 55nm. which means better overclocks and lower temps. not that the 9800GTX dosent hit high clocks. mine does 805/2000/1200 and that's just using rivatuner. and that case will fit the mobo you listed

I might change it, it depends if I have enough money in the end.

well with SP1 out i say go for vista. ultimate is nice, but the features don't justify the extra cash. go for home premium.

EDIT: here it is like $20 more Newegg.com - XFX PVT98WYDFH GeForce 9800 GTX+ 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

Newegg.com - BIOSTAR TForce TP45D2-A7 LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard - Intel Motherboards that's if you wanted to spend the extra money for the ability to support 8gb of ram. i would get that mobo instead. spend the extra ten bucks. and do not double post use the edit button
