He mentioned MMos which are often heavily reliant on processing power. Its not a terrible processor, but its very underwhelming, and outperformed by older chips from AMD.

The amount of Ghz or cores mean nothing.

Hey guys, I had to switch out a few things to get over to TigerDirect so that NewEgg wouldnt tax me

I Changed to a 500 Watt Power supply and changed my video card and Ram as well. Is it all still compatible with my Motherboard?

Mobo - ASUS Sabertooth 990FX AMD AM3+ TUF Motherboard - ATX, Socket AM3+, AMD 990FX Chipset, 1866MHz-DDR3, SATA 6.0 Gb/s, RAID, 8-CH Audio, Gigabit LAN, SuperSpeed USB 3.0, SLI/CrossFireX Ready at TigerDirect.com

Ram - Corsair XMS3 TW3X4G1333C9AG 4GB Dual Channel DDR3 RAM - - PC10666, 1333MHz, 4096MB (2x 2048MB), 240 Pin, Dual-Channel at TigerDirect.com

Also, I may want to get a better Processor. The one I currently have is 120 dollars, I could swing it to 180 or so (On TigerDirect). Any help is greatly appreciated

Processor (Current) - AMD FD4100WMGUSBX FX-4100 Processor - Quad Core, 8MB L3 Cache, 2MB L2 Cache, 3.60GHz (3.80GHz Max Turbo), Socket AM3+, 95W, Fan, Unlocked, Retail at TigerDirect.com

I would much prefer the TX than the CX. Could even get the HX if you like modular PSU's.

Do I need to buy Thermal Paste or a CPU cooling fan? Or are those included?
