Is this good and compadible? And do i need more fans if i want to OC?

The rest is staying the same and the total comes out to including shipping (not including rebates) to $1,000.47. It will be an amazing jump from my current celeron/soyo setup. I cant wait.

What do you think of the changed hardware? Would it be worth it to spend the extra $30 to get a SATA II hdd with 16mb of cache instead of the above mentioned 8mb?
