First build.. need help

Now I'm not so good with computers, but after watching my dad build his own computer, I wanted to build one too.. and if I can't do it, he'll build it for me . My budget is ~$700, and here's the list I came up with:

I wanted to know if all these items would be compatible, and if anyone had any suggestions/opinions, please post. I'm just looking to be able to play counter-strike:source on a higher resolution than 800x600, with high graphics and good FPS.

That build is very good and will be more than enough for CS:S. You could lower the parts and down a notch and still be able to achieve great fps. You would probably save around $100.

On the other hand though, that rig will last you a while and you can play all current games @ max.

Suggestions:

Change the power supply to a Corsair 550vx or if you want to save a little money Corsair 450vx.

Change the hard drive to a Western Digital.

And just to let you know (you may already know) that to get the full 4 gig of ram (windows recognition) you have to have a 64bit OS. I recommend Vista Home Premium 64 BIT.
