Default First BUILD...NEED HELP!!!

i am about to spend $700-1,000 on a computer for me and my bro.... so I just need help picking parts... this desktop is going to to be used for everyday stuff and my brother is into gaming so a nice video card is needed... what site do you guys recommend to buy from? I would appreciate if you guys took 5 minutes of your day to recommend me the best list of parts to buy in my price range...i know you guys know this stuff real well so i decided to just ask the pros...also, where do i take it to get set-up? can I just go somewhere simple like best buy?

these are all the factors that go into my budget:
-everything that goes in the tower
-monitor (preferrably lcd)
-mouse
-keyboard
-nice speaker system with subwoofer (preferrably logitech)

no offence but am i missing something does this guy really need an extra 50w as thats the only difference i can see between the psu and that I trst antec more then other makes. Gr8 build Nukem for such a tight buget. My budget started at £600 and ended up at £1400 got slightly carried away lol.

Exactly the point. It won't even consume 450 Watts, thus go with the better brand. And for a cent Cheaper I might add.
