Your motherboard and cpu are not compatible. 1156 board with a 1366 cpu. If you want the i7 920 get the combo that Ste gave you. Great board.
Newegg.com - Computer Parts, PC Components, Laptop Computers, Digital Cameras and more!

Hard drive: If this will be your OS drive I would get the WD black instead of the blue.
Newegg.com - Western Digital Caviar Black WD7501AALS 750GB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Hard Drive -Bare Drive

Heatsink get the 120mm instead.
Newegg.com - Sunbeam CR-CCTF 120 mm Core-Contact Freezer CPU Cooler W/TX-2 - CPU Fans & Heatsinks
with
Newegg.com - Sunbeam CR-LGA1366 LGA 1366 Core I7 Socket Retention Bracket Set - CPU Fans & Heatsinks

sound card:
start with onboard you may be pleasantly surprised. If not you can always pick one up later.

Compatible with win7 64bit?
Considering your build is very similar to mine I would hope so. If not I am in trouble. :) Yes it is no problems whatsoever.

Thanks alot man!!! Just one more question if you guys can help me out. Is my case going to come with the fans or do I need to purchase them as well?

Usually cases come with fans, but have another place or two for more fans. You should be fine with just the ones it comes with though.
