First build. Any noticeable problems?

I am about to click the order button but I want to make sure all my parts will work together. Please help!

yeaa, that board would support the 1055t, but only with the latest bios.

but there's really no way to tell if it will come with latest bios or not, unless you have it avialable to see for yourself.

where are you buying your parts from? there are boards out that already have support for the x6s from the first bios, so we can see if they have any.

I dont think the DDR2 Corsair ram will run on that AM3 board, which is DDR3 only board. Other then that, everything else seems fine.

I'd go for the AMD six core system you're futureproofing it alot more and It's not that much more expensive.

i would get a high-end air cooler instead. like this one,

it's cheaper and will cool slightly better than the coolit eco.

this mobo will work, it supports the 1055t from the first bios version so you wouldn't have to worry about incompatibility.

this ram. same speed as the kingston, but cheaper with better timings.

but what do you want/need 8gigs of ram for?

and for the same price as the gigabyte, get the xfx 5770,
