Thoughts? Suggestions? I don't need monitor, keyboard, or mouse. I think I'm going to go with a different case though.

My budget is $1500. I've changed a few things to match your suggestions, I'll grab a new screencap. I want a computer for gaming mainly and then just everyday stuff of course. I haven't decided if I'm going to overclock it but I added a cpu fan anyways. I think I may crossfire a second gpu at later time though.

This computer has a 6 core AMD processor, a Radeon 5970 ( fastest graphics card in the world ), a Seagate momentus hybrid Hard drive which is almost as fast as a SSD ( but 1/5 the cost ), a mother board that has all the latest and greatest technologies a motherboard can have. this computer would be able to Destroy any game out there with out getting short of breath.

its a little over budget, but i think if you saved for another week or what ever it would take you wouldnt regret it at all. but if the total is out of the question, go with a cheaper case, a different CPU cooler and get a different hard drive, and that should bring it back into budget. Also, you may notice that it has a AMD processor over intel, i did this because AMD is the best for " Bang for your buck ", and i wanted to save money on the CPU, Ram and mobo ( which all would cost more with intel ) so you could get a 5970, which is the fastes graphics card in the world, a hard core graphics card is more beneficial over a hard core processor when it comes to gaming.

I'd have to add the OS to that because I don't have one laying around and I think I would go with the 5870 just because it's $300 cheaper than the 5970.

Also, from what I've seen the i7's are equal to or better than AMD's 6-core processors.

a 5970 is basically two 5870s in one card, and performs as such.

and i7s are faster than amds 6 core processors, but a intel build usually costs $200 more than a AMD build

Ok, bumping out i7 set for AMD and changing from 5870 to 5970 made the price go up $70. Gaming is the main factor for me and from what I can tell the lesser cache of each core of the 1055 makes it perform worse on games. So, I have to pick the lesser of two evils I guess.
