Well the ram he suggested was the same but with a better sink on it, and it ends up being cheaper so why not.

Change your motherboard to this (you can keep the one youve chosen, its okay, but usually we reccomend this because people have had a lot of success with it, if you cant fit it in your budget dont worry about it.):
Newegg.com - BIOSTAR TPower I45 LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard - Intel Motherboards

Then, change your 4870, to two 4850's:

Newegg.com - SAPPHIRE 100245L Radeon HD 4850 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards ($279.98 for both)

You should have a great system.

Thanks meat_helmet and zedman3d. I think I'll keep the 4870 because I'm planning to buy a second one later.

I'll buy this setup at the end of day unless someone has more changes.

Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GA-EP45C-DS3R LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard - Intel Motherboards
I just dont trust a biostar board for long term use
and for 10 bucks more after rebate, better psu
Newegg.com - CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX 750W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply - Power Supplies
Stick with a single 4870 rather than crossfire 4850s.

Also, THESE are the reapers you want.
Newegg.com - OCZ Reaper HPC Edition 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory 4-4-4-15 which run 4-4-4-12 just fine.

BTW, the AF7 uses pushpins also. I have one on my media pc. Although its a lot easier to mount than the stock intel heatsink.
