Can you use this finger print reader to start your pc instead of pressing the button?

that only works to enter passwords or login to stuff not turn on the comp. by the way what would be the difference you still would havew to push your finger on something..............lol

yea seriously........wat is the difference? but that is cool though, but can u make it so it replaces ur password and the only way you can get in is through fingerprint identification?

i think it would be kinda cool if it turnded on by recognising your print, like some new cars do instead of a key, so not just anyone could start ya pc, thats would be pretty cool

My aunt has a laptop capable of doing that, doesn't use it though lol.

i have the microsoft one. got it at officedepot for 40 bucks. its awesome. u can use it to sign into windows and sign into any forums or website. the downside is that is only works with IE not firefox (because its made by microsoft)

What if someone needed to acess ur pc.. wat would u do? cut ur finger off an mail it to them, instead of telling them ur code/password
