Don't worry about it did the same thing when I first built my pc think it took me about 2 hours as the heatsink was the last thing I was going to add then realised it had a backplate.

1900x1200 is the standard resolution for 24" computer monitors. Hdtvs are actually quite a low resolution and although labelled high definition which is true for the tv world in the computer world they are average, it goes in general like this according to size:
22" = 1600x1200
24" = 1900x1200
25" = 1920x1200
26" = 1920x1200
27" = 1920x1200
30" = 2560x1600
You also get professional screens which mix around these numbers and go to higher resolutions at lower sizes. Not sure what the highest resolution is but I know samsung have been working on panel screens which fit together with a 5mm bezel making it appear like one giant screen.
