Ultra power supplies are a big no no.

What gpu do you plan to run as that will determine your actual psu needs?

If you could find a WD black hard drive in stock somewhere that would be a better OS drive to go for. The 640gb is the best price per gb but currently out of stock at the egg.

Have you looked at getting a Radeon 5870 instead? DirectX 11 , Eyefinity , etc...

Newegg.com - CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX 750W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Compatible with Core i7 Power Supply - Power Supplies

Much better than the ultra and it has 4 pci-e connectors.
/the ultra only had 2 and would be a problem if you did go xfire 4890's

+1 on the corsair. Excellent design, connectivity and whisper quiet.

I personally own the CM HAF 922 case and it is a joy to work in. Plenty of room for long video cards and you would save $40.00. Stock fans are quiet as well.
