Finalising build, RAM problems...

Ok, so far I have this in mind:

e6600
7900gto
ASUS P5B-E
250GB W D HDD
530W Hiper PSU

Can anybody reccomend some decent RAM for no more than £70 ($130) preferably a 1GB stick. because then I can get another when i have the money. if there's cheaper then even better!

Never mind, i'm gonna go for a 1gb Corsair PC5300 RAM stick
