FINAL decision on new parts!

How does this look. Im 17, on a budget. I want to OC to 3ghz, play crysis, and new games that come out. Will this get the job done? I already have an 8800GT SC 512mb, case, and ultra xfinity 600w psu, dual 12vrails. Heres the new stuff to replace my KN8 SLI, 2gb DDR ram, and amd 3200+ (2ghz LOL)

he's oc'ing to 3.0ghz, 3.2ghz Max, I don't think he'll need a TRUE

ehh, from what ive been told the AF7 pro should be fine for 3ghz. Cant wait to finally be able to play crysis on high! my cpu is bottlenecking my soo bad right now. Single player is unplayable because of the cpu i have right now. Does anyone know how to get promotion codes for newegg? i need to save some money.
