this is my final setup, i'm under a budget so i can't get anything anymore expensive, and i'll prob oc the cpu a bit

Make sure that your vid card is a PCI-E version so that it'll work with your mobo.

Asus mobos are good. I would go with the A8N-SLI Premium instead of the deluxe. I dont know what the price is like where you are getting it from, but locally the premium is less than the deluxe. The Premium has passive cooling which solves the problem of the Deluxe's chipset fan dying often.
