Fans Fans Fans !!!!

Hey
I've decided that the fans that came standered must be upgraded . But i have no idea what case fans to get. I want the most powerful possible but I also want them as quiet as possible. I don't want to be spending stupid amounts of money about 30-40 for the whole change over. I got 3x 120mm Antec Tricool fans and 1x 80mm Antec Tricool fan. So 4 fans. Any suggestions

My strategy is this:

Buy the fans that move the most air per/minute.

Buy headphones

Use both at the same time...
