Fan Issues

so heres what i have:
1. xp-90 heatsink
2. silentcat II 90mm 3pin(2500 rpm; rated/started volt: 12V/7V; .18A; 2.16W power input)
3. aerogate 3 fan controller(5.25 drive bay)

heres what i want/need to do:
1. convert it to a molex 4pin(so i dont blow the mobo header)
2. monitor rpm's from the mobo
3. monitor/control rpm's from the aerogate 3

any simple conectors/converters to do this? any other ways to do it?

You are contradicting your self here, do you want to montor your rpms or not?

yea i do but by the mobo AND the fan controller

I believe thats something you have to make. Your gonna have to split the yellow(rpm) wire so it goes to both the aerogate and the mobo.
And I'm not even sure that'll work. Sould wait for someone with more fan knowledge.
