Fan....

I need help finding a fan for my PC, i want it to be 30 or less, im on a budget, anything that would work in a mATX case....
i am going to buy an ATX case, but i want one that works in my case now...

hmmm... i ahve the money for the cheaper one, i found it on newegg, so i dont have to register anywhere else, and i like newegg...
but then i cant get artic silver 5, because i spent some money on other computer parts and i only have 43 dollars...

psp...the scythe you have a link to is what I purchased. I'll let you know how it sounds when I get my cpu, lol. Other than that, you just have to worry about it's size, since it's not a flat on hsf...but since you are going to a standard atx the fit shouldn't be a problem.
