The CM Stacker is the biggest on the market.... It isn't flashy but with some mods it could be what you are looking for!

So you want lights to flash, like a strobe light? You might have to go to an automotive store for that part.

That looks like a server case, which would not be compatiable with standard ATX parts.

you might want to look at the antec p180...mine came and i thought it was sweet looking but it was a bit larger than i expected
