Default External Hard Disk . Advice

Hey Guys,
Since my PC is constantly getting filled with files important to me (Music , and other Media), I am searching for a good External Hard Drive.

Requirements :

1. 320/500GB
2. WD / Seagate (or a different company that can be trusted)
3. USB 2.0 prefered since not a lot of people have eSata I think i do on the P5B-Deluxe...

4. I really am in the range on 100 - 140 Bucks + - ...

I looked at these 2 :

Newegg.com - Western Digital My Book Essential 2.0 WDH1U3200N 320GB USB 2.0 External Hard Drive - Retail
Newegg.com - Western Digital My Book Essential 2.0 WDH1U5000N 500GB USB 2.0 External Hard Drive - Retail

Please people OPINIONS !

Thanks ,
Preacher

I'd go for the 500GB. WDs are pretty good with their externals.

I was going to suggest the passport drives by them, but they don't come in your capacity.

I just bought a WD 500gb drive. It's pretty awesome. The only thing though is the sync software that comes with it is only a 30 day trial, but you can probably find some free file sync software on the web.

I do my own syncing , don't need a software.
