What do you guys think about getting a case or CD/DVD duplicator case with multiple 5.25 bays to use with removable eSATA trays? Are there any good budget ones in which I could add any standard size 3rd party power supply? This would give me control over the power supply, connections, and fans. I could use the 3 drive, 2 bay removable tray system and route the eSATA cables to the back of the computer manually. I hope this makes sense.

With eSATA I could use my best computer with different OSes, programs, and setups, by simply swapping hard drives. (I use 3 HDDs simultaneously for the audio setup.) Any thoughts?

Here's an example of a duplicator cases I'm interested in converting to external eSATA drives.

External DVD CD Duplicator case 4 Bay Black with 300W Power

I would usee Icy Dock external setups, but they are known to have a noisy power supplies.

I guess basically I'm concerned that I can't use a regular PC power supply with these CD/DVD duplicator cases?
