I tried the 169.04 drivers on my GTS, and they dropped my frames per second in 3dmark06 from 70 to 40 (inside the first attacking ship in Return to Proxycon) - I aborted the test, and installed the NGO 162.18 drivers that I had before.

i use the 167.26 drivers. are the ones ya'll are talking about vista or xp or both?

if the GPU's they use are capable of being overclocked that far.

Sometimes, companies will pay more for GPU's that can clock higher, so they can offer factory overclocked versions (like eVGA, BFG, XFX)

so having a just say bfg OC2 gtx MAY be different from having a regular gtx.

it's more likely to be able to clock higher than other GTX's.
