Probably just because of the new 7900GT's, Guess im one of the lucky ones with 7800GT's

7800 isnt worth purchasing because it has lower marks then the 7900( which imo beats the sh17 out of the 7800gtx)

and its cheaper

yup, 7900GT IMO is the best card you can buy at the moment, fabulous performance, for the best price.

7900GT is very nice, I got a 7800GT about 5 months ago, near xmas, and it will last me quite a while since I am waiting for the new G80 core cards to come out to grab one up =) Or when they do and the 7900s drop like rocks ill grab 2 GTXs and sli the beasts =P
