i wasnt comparing them i was just wondering so i didn thave to start a new thread, it was a simple question, as to why the agp has a sli ready logo

If you really need a AGP card I guess it decent deal. Personally I think it a rip off $300 for a card that perform a good amount wrost then a 7800GT and the 7800GT cost the exact same if not less. I would wait till I had money for a PCI-E motherboard before upgrading.

Some ppl dont want to upgrade just yet nor do we have the money. It performs signifcantly more than my 6800GT at high res and thats all i need. Also, it just came out so the price will go down soon.

If they dont have the money to upgrade where will they get the money to buy a 7800GS???

Well if you upgrade you will need CPU* + Mobo PCI-E + Video Card so I can see someone not being able to upgrade completely.

But I think it is time for people to move on with new technology.

* = depending what socket your CPU is.
