Default Evga 6800 Vs Xfx 6800xt

Im torn between these two vid cards;

evga 256-P2-N384
DDR
12 pipelines

or

xfx PVT42EUDE3
DDR3
8 pipelines

please help

hands down pick the eVGA 6800 vanilla. It's a higher performer, period. The 6800XT is the strip-down model of the 6800 series.

The core is more important than the ram. I'm not saying the ram is unimportant, but the extra 4 pipes are going to make the 6800 a LOT faster than the 6800XT.

EVGA, fo' sho. They have more pipelines and a really nice warranty.

yea definetly go with the eVga its got the extra pipelines which make the diffrence
