change the hdd to a Newegg.com - Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD6400AAKS 640GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - Internal Hard Drives it's worth the extra 10$. and i think you can find a 8800gt for about the same price as a 9600gt

E7400 2.8ghz? New Wolf Dale!!! Wonder if its just a E7200 with a higher stock frequency.

As far as cooling goes, go with this instead.

e7400 is just a 7200 with an extra 1 on the multi (10.5x)... looks like it should OC really well with the lower stock FSB which will give you a nice margin for OCing... the Core Contact or the Noctua NH-U12P will be sweet for cooling that thing
