i need a PCIx mobo that uses 3200DDR400
also... is there a PCIx mobo that can use AMD3200+?

There are plenty of both. Do you plan on overclocking? If you are going to overclock get a lanparty ultra-d, if not get an msi.

I just want an affordable PCIx platform basically.. i'd say 200-300 should change my athlon xp 2800+/1gig400MHZddr3200/radeon9600agp
....
i dont know how to spend the moneys=/
