Intel 45nm E8400ES 3.0Ghz 1333 FSB 6MB L2 Cache - (eBay item 260190198267 end time Dec-11-07 10:45:06 PST)
The ES must be for engineering sample. I thought it was illegal to sell that shiet

It's an ellipsis anyway, it is sometimes used to indicate a pause in speech, an unfinished thought or, at the end of a sentence, a trailing off into silence.
