Default E6300 pc for $799 with 19" flatscreen?

That is one helluva deal. I am not a big fan of dell, but I don't think you could build one for cheaper, so long as you don't pick any of the upgrade options.

Far as I know, dells are amazingly difficult to upgrade and pains in the asses so don't expect easy upgrading on anything.,

Ya, they get you on upgrades, like RAM. Still a good deal if someone were in the market for a mid/high end pc, and didn't want to build one.

I'd rather buy an iMac.

(That is, of course, assuming I wanted a machine with a Core 2 Duo, flatscreen monitor, etc. etc.)
