DX10 Video Upgrade

i've got a 7800gtx and i feel like upgrading to a directx10 card for the near future. i've been searching for a card from 200-300 dollars. i came across these:

and i found this by ATI.

I"m leading toward the 8800gts but if i don't have enough money i'll get the 8600gts. i don't think there should be that much of a performance difference should there?

However, you can get this one which has higher clocks and cheaper after MIR

yea, don't get the 8600. it isn't much better than your current card, so will struggle with DX10 rendering

really nice find there.... most cards are more expensive and are at a lower clock
