Default Dual video cards or one?

I'm going to purchase a new computer tomarrow and I just need one more bit of information.
Which is better?

NVIDIA Geforce 7900 GT 256MB 16X PCI Express Video Card x1

or

Thanks in advance for any help.

PS - Lets assume they are both identical in price.
