Default Dual core single core

Hey i was look at amd 3800+ and then saw the dual core 3800+ for 20 bucks more but then i relized that the clock speed of the 3800 dualy is around a 3000+....wth..

someone inform me plz of why this is!

It is because a dual core has...well...dual cores. That means it has two cores running at 2.2Mhz. It is great for running multiple programs, and overall a much better and faster processor than a 3000+ or a single core 3800+.

dual core is way better, if your getting anything get the dual core, its clocked slower but obviously its two cores and can run more processors without being stressed as hard.. and not only that you can overclock those pretty high
