Default Dual Channel

I feel real dum for asking this this seems like a simple question, but will this ram work with this motherboard?

ASRock Motherboard - Product - P4VM890 - Overview

Newegg.com - OCZ Platinum 2GB (2 x 1GB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 400 (PC 3200) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Retail

thanks in advance

Affirmative.

Says right on the spec sheet of the motherboard:
Quote:
"Supports DDR400, 2 x DIMM slots, with max. capacity up to 2GB"
