Unhappy Driver problem with USB 3 Card

Hi

I have a problem with installing drivers to my Logilink USB 3 Card on a Win 7 (32bit)
machine.
I think I have done almost anything, installing driver before hardware, driver after installed hardware. Found various kinds of driver's from other vendors - nothing helps.

The problem is, that in device manager, there is only one line with "USB 3 host controller" but the second line - which should have been here "usb 3 Root Hub"
are missing.
There is a yellow mark on the host line.

Any idea's ?

I'm now beginning to think, this is a motherboard isu
(my board is a ASUS P5N32E SLI +)

Thanks in advance

\SÝren

At this point, it sounds like it could be the adapter itself. How is the adapter connected to your computer?
