Default Double Checking Parts

Got a build together wanna double check and make sure all will fit properly etc. first time builder <--

Looks good. Change the thermal paste to TX-2 though. And that heatsink won't work. Go with a sunbeam core contact 120mm. Can't link you since I'm on my phone.
