Don't buy ALIENWARE CASES!

Today I just got my case, and wow let me tell you how cheap it is.

The case does not even look good by itself. It is made with cheap aluminum.

Its exactly like a cheap butt dell computer, except for the outside plastic which says alienware -.-

Everything is horrible in this case, it dosent even have holes for cable management, Even this case is FULL TOWER, the space is so tight. I had more space to work on my last antec 900 which is mid tower.

This is what I got from first impressions, I am currently still working on it, so Ill let you know if something else is wrong with it. (did I mentioned cheap plastic?)

Why I posted this? So buyers who think alienware cases are good for high end performance or whatever, dont end up buying one like me. (even though I was told this cases sucked, I had to see it for myself.) less than 80 bucks for this case is preety nice tho

i think alienware is part of dell lol....but anyway...thanks for the hands on feedback? i think some people did kinda warn you about it though :| most "good" looking cases are cheap

what! already ran into a problem. My power supply will not fit my case. What do I do?

I din't knew there was different power supply sizes! (help!!!)

Which size do I need or what?

return it if possible. most cases used by companies (dell, alienware, hp, etc) need special mobos and PSU's.....

I've seen "alienware power supply"'s before too, so they probably have a special size to fit in their cases....

Its eBay, but I did think they used a proprietary case type, different from the uATX/ATX Standard

eh it's some company that refurbishes the cases so i thought they could be returned/refunded. Alienwares use regular ATX boards but different PSU's I think

I wish you luck though, that's the worst thing a builder can come across...a part that doesn't fit/work

AHHHH, I give up, I wish you guys could have told me about this.

Its not just that, the hard drive is so freaking difficult to put correctly. It came with freaking missing parts.
AHHH this is just my second build!!! not expect to be so hard at all.....

I have two options now, Either get a new power supply, or get a new case.

I am going for a new case, recommendations needed! NOT HIGHER THAN 100 BUCKS! Its all I got.
Preferable a Full tower, but if thats gonna be a huge deal, then mid would do just fine.

AHHH AM ALL STRESSED OUT! Waited so long for a piece of poo poo.

(when I say not higher than 100 bucks I mean it. 100 with shipping and tax.)

Now that I think about it, I got around 150, but really dont want to spend over 100 on a case.

But if its 100% really worth ill do it.

Wow Trotman, nice finds.. that Raidmax looks like more of a Junior Version of the Thermaltake Armor Junior.. haha

Also Ric0h if you consider the Transformer, their fans are a bit loud

Maybe find a could of cheap Sflex's to replace them
