Do the NewEgg.com prices fluctuate daily?

I put together a list of PC parts on NewEgg.com compiled by another member here.

Earlier today, the part price total was $407. With Shipping and tax, it came out to $477.75

Tonight I actually went to 'check out' and the price had gone up to $520, with the shipping staying the same?

I emptied my shopping cart and re-added the parts, the shipping then went up $8!?!?!

what the heck is going on?

Yes, they can fluctuate at any minute of the day/night.
Thats my experience anyways.

My build a while back went from 1534$ to 1680$ back down to 1476$.
