sry for interferring this thread, but my friend has a 7900 GTX n he uses this HDTV to run his games from his computer. Everytime we try putting it in 1920x1080p, the screen overlaps. We adjusted the full to normal screen so we dont force widescreen but it still overlaps. I suppose this is a 16:10 aspect ratio problem with the video card? The HDTV is 16:9 so im thinking it's the 7900 GTX's fault. If anyone can help, then i can email my friend on how to fix it. Right now, he runs his games at 1280x1024 then he forces it widescreen on the HDTV. He runs Windows Vista Ultimate btw.

this is his HDTV: - SAMSUNG Black 40" 16:9 8ms 1080p LCD HDTV w/ ATSC Tuner Model LNT4065F

he actually has the eVGA brand: - ASUS EN7900GTX/2PHT/512M GeForce 7900GTX 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Retail

any help is much appreciated.
