Do i need new OS installation?

I have new mobo, cpu and ram do I have to install a fresh OS? Or i can just plug my HDD with my old windows 7?

Yes you will need to do a new install. The devices on your new motherboard will be different than the ones on the old one. Also the product key usually is linked to the motherboard.

I'm using Ultimate Windows 7 but when I try to boot it up it gives me BSOD.

Really? I thought product keys stores somewhere in the HDD when you installed your OS.
