The i7 950 has a triple channel memory controller so you need to buy memory in sets of 3. As in, 6GB (3x2GB) or 12GB (3x4GB). Or you can double up and buy (2) kits of (3x2GB) for 12GB or (2) kits of (3x4GB) for 24GB.

Don't get a Rosewill PSU, get one from a reputable brand like corsair, antec, etc.
Regarding the HDD I would get the Black series instead of Green, the green was designed for low power consuming therefore it has the least performance.

ASUS P5P77D :: INTEL i5 750@3.6 GHz :: Asus HD4890 :: 4GB Gskill Ripjaw 1600MHz CL7 :: WD Black 1TB :: SSD OCZ Vertex2 60GB :: Corsair 750TX :: LG L204WT :: Windows 7 x64

<<<<<<<<<< If you think I've been helpful in anyway rep me :p

Get a harddrive with at least 7200 rpm, you can scrap 4 gb off of your 8 and put that towards a better gfx card. The 5770 won't be able to handle full settings/high res/hd gaming to its fullest.
GIGABYTE GA-870A-UD3 AM3 AMD 870 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Motherboard
NZXT Apollo Black ATX Mid tower Case
AMD Phenom II X6 1055t @ 3.8 GHZ
Rosewill RCX-Z1 CPU heatsink
Sapphire TOXIC Edition Radeon HD 5850 1GB @ 800/1175
2 x 2GB CORSAIR DOMINATOR 240-Pin DDR3 1600mhz
G.Skill Sniper SSD 60gb x2 RAID 0
BFG Tech GS-550 550W ATX12V V2.2 / EPS12V V2.8 SLI PSU
