DIsk I/0 Error?

I have finally finished my build

Amd fx 4130
gtx 770 MSI
Seagate 1 TB hard drive
Zalman z11 case
Gigabyte 990 fxa ud3 mobo
tp-link wireless card
Good Ram 8gb
BEquiet 600 Watt PSU

I finished building the PC with minor problems.
I started to install Windows from a USB drive but I get the disk I/0 error, it asks to replace my hard drive. Any help?

Which windows os are you using ?
Please tell us what ram you have also ?
Also if that indeed happen, please download this and boot into dos mode from startup.
Scan the hard drive for any errors and see what it says:
