Disconnected whilst playing game.

About 2 weeks ago I was getting disconnected all the time when playing the game 'Call of Duty'. I started getting error reports and it sent me straight back to the desktop. Now I don't get error reports and about 90% of the time I can play a whole game without being disconnected. But the problem I still have is when the game changes map (level) I still get disonnected back to the desktop. Any suggestions to what could be causing this?

try reinstalling the game. unless it is ur internet that is causing it.
