Dilemma (Upgrading mypc) Plz help!

Hi, I just recently bought a 6600gt AGP at a cheap price and I really enjoy it. However, I am able to get my hands on a x850pro agp which is a lot faster. The only problem is that I don't know if I need to upgrade my computer to handle that card.

Here are my specs:

Asus motherboard P4P800 DDR400Mhz 800Mhz FSB
Intel Pentium 4 processor 3ghz (oc @ 3.15)
BFG AGP Geforce 6600gt 128mb
P/S Enermax 350watts (+12V @ 26A)
1 gig PC-3200 memory

I don't know if my system could handle that video card and if my power supply is strong enough. Also, will I need to add a cooler for that video card?

you'll need to upgrade the PSU...

Yea I'd reccomend a solid 500w or higher PSU.

Alright then, it looks like I will only have to upgrade my psu. So, any ideas of which one I should get (looking for around 100$).
