Default A different question?

Okay, if noone can help me with the sensor installation post, is there anyone that could help me with this one:

I am about to install the Corsair H50-1, It says it comes with some sort of pad to go between the plate and the processor, but for best performance;

should i stick to this pad alone,
should i use artic silver 5 alone,
or should i just use both together?

thankyou.

Just use the pad.

Don't use the pad and compound together, as you're just doubling the amount you'd actually need.

You will learn very quickly that even though we have tons of registered members not everyone will post 24/7. Give your thread a little longer and I'm sure someone will say something about it. Don't fret. We're all just a little loopy here is all

Have you posted a thread of your build yet? What do you have?
