Ok, I thought you can only use it on the AM3 board, and AM3 had both DDr2, and DDr3..

It sounds ok.. but OC won't be that great...

Actually, it should hit 4ghz almost guaranteed on air. So it will have quite a bit of overclocking head room.

John this is Deneb not the old Phenoms. Trust me they're not in the same league.

Same company that's getting owned in the CPU industry. I don't think AM2 boards can do 4 GHz on air.

John its not the boards that have been crapping out. But the chips, the current Phenoms have a hard time hitting 3.5ghz on water.

.1ghz they have the same oc potential which quite frankly is crap.

Same HT, cache, and etc.

Pfffttt **** no... lol

They're 45nm. 45nm Quads that's why they are a bit expensive.

Current Phenoms are 65nm and not really designed to clock over 3.00ghz.

lol, I don't knoe much about AMD, so yeah..

Savageboy, do you really want that CPU, after all the bad things people say about it? Just get a denab, and you'll be happy.
