yes basically, and the sli one has more in package, i got that one last week when it was 175

well i got the sli one, so when the 7800gt drops in price i can get another, but it's up to you, you can mod the ultra-d to sli, but that would void warranty

I'm getting the ultra-d and when the 7800gt drops in price I'm going to mod it so I can go sli. seriously it saves you $75 so go with the Ultra-D.

One uses the Nforce 4 Ultra which doesnt support SLI, and one uses the Nforce 4 SLI which supports, guess what SLI.
