DFI vs MSI?

The MSI doesnt have a Firewire port but Im not quite sure if Ill need it or not.
I will be overclocking.. The rest of my stats on in my signature.

The MSI will OC, but nowhere near the DFI.

I cant spend to much more.
I can probably spend just around 100 on a mobo.
Im very limited at the moment.

DFI are great motherboard, dont get me wrong, but the only ones that strike me as ahead of the pack are the Lanparty series.

The MSI K8N Neo4's are GREAT value boards, the best valuve NF4 board in most people's eyes.

However my knowledge of the DAGF is limited, but it's not DFI's high end product, and their's a reason why it's never talked about.

DFI, I love mine... a lot, the sleek black PCB, the sexy yellows and oragnes-- Umm, what? yeah, go DFI, but if you can spare the cash, go with the LanParty, you will be glad you did.
