What are the differences between the following?

I know that the first one has extra PCI-E slots... but what else is different?

Will there be any difference in overclocking performance?

I've currently got the cheapest one, the DK T2RS, but I can return it for a refund (its dead)

I just got mine in the mail, havent hooked it up yet tho cuz Im waiting on other parts

I don't know the exact differences, but it seems that the UTs are the high-end, LT is mainstream, and DK is for their Dark series.

No, I'm not exactly sure how it died... I had a coolant leak on my graphics card... but now the CPU Plugs on the board cause problems (checkout my thread in the hardware help forum)

dk has 4 phase power. I would prefer an 8 phase if I had a quad for some extra stability. 4 layer pcb oppose to 6 layers on the LT No Bernstein audio card. I see them hit 470's. I'm trying to get an x38 LT. They can oc ram so much better than other mb manufacturers.
