Yeah I hear ya on the AW9D-Max
Highest I ever got mine to boot at was 420fsb which gave me a max clock on my e6600 of 3.78ghz
Any higher than that and it just wouldn't post.
Its an amazing, gorgeous looking board, ill probly hold onto it for a little while longer. Maybe upgrade to a e8400 and an x48 for my bday in July
yeah i love the aesthetics of it, the functionality, everything about it. just wish my board could OC! i mean its got every thing you could ever want as far as options. i would hold onto it longer but im gonna have to sell my rig to help pay for my new one. yeah i want a e8400 and a x48, but i don't think the x48 is going to be in my price range :/ so i'll stick to that DFI LP board i think.
